Both centres have available for hire:
Function Room
A large hall, access to the kitchen. Occupancy loading 80 (seated).
Meeting Room
Occupancy loading 20 (seated).
Facilities include:
- Convenient Car parking
- Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and instant hot water
- Baby change area
- Toilets
- Wheelchair accessed toilets
- Trestle tables and chairs
- Cleaning equipment: brooms, mops and buckets (For cleaning up after your booking)
We do not provide cutlery, crockery or any training aids.

Casual Bookings
Casual bookings are available for and may include:
- Family functions
- Meetings
- And other social functions (conditions apply)
Regular Bookings
Our rooms are available for regular hire by groups, organisations and individuals.
All regular hirers are required to have Public Liability Insurance of $5,000,000 minimum.
A key deposit of $50.00 per key is payable on pick up.
Current Regular Hire Groups include:
- Playgroups
- Churchgroups
- Exercise groups
- Dance groups

Hiring Costs (effective 1 July 2008)
Gungahlin Community Resource Centre
Ngunnawal Neighbourhood Centre
Function Room $26.00 per hour
Meeting Room $22.00 per hour
*Weekend Function $250 + $300**refundable security deposit
All prices are GST inclusive.
*Rates for casual weekend functions apply from 5.00pm Fridays
**A $300.00 refundable cash deposit is required for all functions. The deposit will only be returned when premises are left clean and free of damage and there has been no security call outs.

We also administer the Palmerston Community Centre, Tiptree Crescent, Palmerston – on behalf of the Gungahlin Community Council.
